As a Customer Service Officer you will work at an international company with a well-known brand. You will be part of a team who motivates and support each other in every day situations. Within the customer service officer team, we daily solve transport related issues and thereby assure our most important process - the delivery to our customers!
This is a staffing assignment where you will be employed by TNG Tech and work for Perstorp AB. As a employee consultant you have access by the terms of the union agreement with benefits as insurance, occupational pension and holiday. In addition, you have a dedicated and committed consultant manager who works for you to achieve a desired career development and ensure that you are comfortable at your workplace
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Customer Service Officer your main tasks will be to:
* Receive and administrate orders from our customers and coordinate them with our sales department.
* Plan, coordinate and book the transportation from our production sites to the end-customer.
* Assure that the transportation reaches the desired destination and solve problems along the way.
* Administrate the documentation needed for the transportation according to our customs need or legal requirements.
* Be in daily contact with our customers and transportation partners regarding the status of their delivery and information about their orders.
IN ADDITION...
You will be part of a team of around 20 persons who together are responsible for the support to our customers in Europe. You will report to the Customer Service Manager. Your main office will be in Perstorp, but working from home office one day a week is optional.
This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by TNG and work at Perstorp AB. This is a full-time assignment that can start immediately and will last for six months.
WHO ARE YOU?
For this assignment we are looking for you with a background within supply chain and with knowledge in SAP. Since you will be working with German and English-speaking customers you need to have good knowledge in both languages. Knowledge in Swedish is preferable, but not a must.
Since you will be facing our customers you need to be great at handling and supporting customers. Coordination is a big part of the job why a structured and proactive way of working is key to us. Good communication skills are also important since you will be in contact with many, both internally and externally.
