SKF Automotive Sales at SKF Sverige AB is undergoing an exciting change. A lot newprojects are in pipeline and SKF Automotive need to strengthen the Customer Serviceorganization in Sweden to properly support our Sales Unit to bring value to our Swedishcustomers. We are therefore now looking for a new team member to the Customer Serviceteam.

Your work assignments
The role will provide an unbeatable customer service contributing to the overall achievementof our business objectives. As Customer Service and Automotive Sales team member,you will proactively manage all customer order and demand chain related tasks as well astaking part in other types of external and internal activities, supporting the development ofthe business. This position offers you the possibility to work in a dynamic, important andgrowing industry segment with an experienced and openminded international contact network, both at the customers and within SKF.
Key responsibilities

To manage the Order Handling process from reception of the order to the delivery and/or Cash Collection, including a strong focus on proactive Orderbook Management
To proactively drive improved supply solutions and safeguard the fulfillment of customer delivery requirements, whilst selecting the most costeffective supply option, by continuous followup of schedules, delivery pattern, supply and shipments, servicedeliveries, logistic cost etc
To manage and support Post Sales Activities (claims, returns etc) including the implementation of corrective actions
To support the Cash Collection process acting on goods in transit, overdues, paymentconditions, credit limits etc. contributing to a positive cash flow
To work through good knowledge of the SKF systems, the main product assortment as well as the production and stocking points to find the optimum the supply routes within relevant product line and to be able to suggest alternative solutions if needed
To build and maintain strong relationships and high quality communication with Customers/ Partners as well as internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Service Providers SKF Factories, Sales Team) to increase customer satisfaction
To continuously update and keep key data in CRM System and/or databases in a structured and systematic way, in alignment with other team members
To work independently, understand and act on the implications of his/her actions in a broader context, across functions and organizations and to run/ participate in development projects

Your background
Education in Supply chain management / Logistics or equivalent work experience
Good knowledge of general PC tools, like MS Office
Experience from operational customer service functions preferably from the automotive industry
Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Other languages is a merit (e.g. French, German, Italian)
Good organizational skills and good priority capability
Good knowledge of IT systems. Knowledge of SAP is a merit

Good and timely planning and organizational skills
Proactive team player, being flexible to satisfy customer needs 

Location will be in Gothenburg and the position reports to SKF Automotive Customer Serviceand Sales Support Manager, Sweden.
