Customer Experience Representative (Chinese market)
About the role
To ensure capacity to handle traffic primarily from China, we are now recruiting one full-time Customer Experience Representative. Being closest to our customers this role is of high business importance. We are searching for a driven, fast learning candidate who provides excellent customer support with a passion for customer satisfaction and e-commerce.
Employment is full time and based at Happy Socks' head office in central Stockholm. Working hours are primarily weekdays 06:00-15:00. The Customer Experience Representative reports to the Manager of Customer Experience. Applicants must speak Chinese, be very familiar with the Chinese e-commerce market and available to start immediately.

Main work tasks:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service via e-mail and chat using a customer support tool
• Apply standard procedures and best practices to satisfy customer needs (returns, refunds, exchanges etc.)
• Pro-actively inform customers about services available and assess customer needs
• Translations from English to Simplified Chinese of customer facing communication

Requirements:

• Service-minded
• Previous experience in a customer service/sales environment in e-commerce
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Ability to perform under pressure, e.g. peak sales with skyrocketing customer queries
• Computer and keyboard proficiency

A plus:

• Experience with a customer support tool, specifically ZenDesk (incl. chat function: Zopim)
• Interest in improving the customer experience as a whole
• Prior experience handling customer queries via chat
• Ability to write traditional Chinese
• Ability to work flexible hours during peak times
