We want to build a one company service and quality culture, and a world class customer experience throughout Stena Line. Our customer experience should be a competitive advantage for us. To do this we need three Customer Experience Managers for our Customer Experience Team.
As a Customer Experience Manager you are truly passionate about service and customer satisfaction. You are a source for inspiration and you will train, support and coach our leaders and colleagues in creating a culture that will enable us to deliver an excellent customer experience. By doing that you will contribute to increase the Stena Line brand loyalty and make us an even more successful and attractive company.
What you'll do:
• Coordinate, implement and develop Our Customer Touchpoints and the Service Manual
• Design and deliver training programs for leaders, within the different touchpoints, to improve service, sales, quality, performance and efficiency
• Coordinate and run Commercial Touchpoint Reviews onboard
• Follow up service and quality results through our Customer Satisfaction Survey and Commercial Touchpoint Reviews
• Network, collaborate and work cross-functional over business regions, in close cooperation with our Onboard Sales and Service Managers and Service Managers
Who you are:
• Solid experience and knowledge in sales and service combined with an understanding of how culture, behaviors and leadership makes a positive impact on results
• Experience from working as a project leader
• Experience from working in an international environment, knowledge of cultural differences and global trends
• Experience from working with trainings and/or as facilitator
• Excellent leadership- and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office
• A positive can-do attitude & ability to get things done on time, on budget and sometimes under pressure
• Big interest in people and to lead and inspire others - you want to make a difference
Work requires travelling across the company and onboard our ships and the three positions will be spread across our business regions.
