Unilever is looking for a Customer Development Operations Specialist to Solna
CD Operations is responsible for a smooth and cost effective operation between the company, customers, and specific third parties. The key challenge of the role is to develop consistency and coherence in the day-to day operation of the CD organisation, thus enabling account, field and customer marketing teams to focus on their core selling roles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own all Business Systems of Customer Development, IT & Tools Departments optimization and maintenance of systems
• Support Sales & Operational Planning within the Customer Development Organization
• Own the Operations Plan
• Manage communication & cascades
• KPI development, deployment and tracking
• Trade term structure and compliance follow up and tracking
• Monitor policies and procedures
• Support and drive improvements and processes for CD

Are you highly analytical with a passion for sharing your findings?
In that case we might be looking for you! To be successful in this role you most likely have an Engineering background and the ability to work independently using a problem-solving and creative approach. Because you will be supporting the entire Sales organization, we are looking for someone who has the ability to simplify and communicate complex information to a wide audience of varying background. Further, you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English and possess exceptional Excel skills. We welcome recent graduates as well as more experienced candidates to apply.
