Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: WWL is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Customer Care person to support our team in Gothenburg. The job is a temporary position to fill in for our present Customer Care representative, who will be away on maternity leave. To cover both a learning/hand-over period and the summer vacation period, the period is starting in April/May and lasting until end of September 2019. We expect that you have minimum 2 years of experience from a job involving Customer Care/Inhouse Sales responsibilities for a shipping line or a freight forwarder. Our customers are typically freight forwarders who are shipping RoRo and project cargo. The job consist of: . Respond to customer enquiries and rate requests. . Handle rate quotes internally and send them to customers. . Handle bookings from customers and update our booking system. . Inform customers of booking status and WWL's shipping requirements. . Coordinate with the port terminal, the customer and internal operation when special handling is required. . Pro-active sales contacts on phone. . Support account managers in handling their customers. . Contribute to business development, sales and marketing activities.

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: . Minimum 2 years in a job involving Customer Care responsibilities. . Fluent in English and Swedish (both written and verbal). . Motivated and self-driven when it comes to contacting customers. . Good computer skills in general, on user level. . Excellent communication skills. . A strong team player.
