We oversee all commercial activities for Volvo Car Group around the world, including marketing communication, customer interaction, sales and service. Are you passionate about people? Customer Experience Operations's main objective is to serve Volvo Cars dealer network and National Sales Companies worldwide within customer relations including direct customer contacts, development and implementation of dealer support tools and concepts. Customer Experience Operations is looking for a new team member responsible for communicating directly with customers to Volvo Car Group and also to serve the dealer network and National Sales Companies worldwide with customer relations related issues.
Are you in the beginning of your career and want the opportunity to gain valuable experience within a very exiting company? We are now looking for a person to join our team for a period of at least 3 months. As Customer Care Specialist you will be communicating directly with customers to Volvo Car Group and also to serve the dealer network and National Sales Companies worldwide with costumer relations related issues. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all Volvo Cars customers receive the best possible level of customer service from Customer Experience Operations, thus supporting the premium brand experience. The role is a junior role which means that we welcome applicants that are in the beginning of the career.
Main responsibilities
* To ensure exceptional customer experience
* To perform statistical surveys
* To deliver statistical follow-ups
* To provide extensive support to Executive Management Team members and National Sales Companies Managing Directors
Required qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or similar
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and proficient in English, additional languages are an advantage
* Strong business acumen with analytical skills
* Advance customer centric mindset
Personal qualities
* High-end social skills
* Ability to handle customer contacts and complex situations in a tactful and a diplomatic manner
* Service minded team-player with ability to take own initiatives
* High integrity and good judgement
* Accurate and attentive to details under time pressure
* Excellent prioritization skills, ability to multitask and to work efficiently to meet a deadline
