Hays is currently seeking, on behalf of a client, a Customer Care Associate to a global company based in Stockholm.

The Customer Care Associate places an overall focus on data collection and integrity, Contract and Compliance handling as well as customer and sales support. Acting as the first point of contact in the local office, she/he will represent positive professionalism within all relationships and strive for excellence. Acting as a proficient expert in the following essential job specific areas between others:

Job Responsibilities:
Employ strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver a high level of customer service, developing strong business relationships with contractors, sales and London offices and field support.
Act as point of contact for all contractor queries, responsible for completing query investigations and resolutions
Involvement with weekly / monthly reports on Compliance, contract and payment statistics and implement improvement steps
Manage and maintain contract lifecycle by updating various records/spreadsheets, analyze missing documentation and proactively identify upcoming contractor agreement end dates, updating sales office to consider re-engagement and/or termination completions for accurate spread reporting
Execute standard processes ? including but not limited to payroll, contracts, Compliance, visas, overpayments, complaints
Maintain and manage a large volume of contractors throughout contract lifecycle as allocated within region and work closely with the relevant team members across Europe
Manage the capturing and input of contractor time and expenses, managing a weekly audit process to ensure high level of accuracy
Responsible for chasing, managing and reviewing contractor/vendor invoices and timesheets

Preferred Skills:
Previous customer services experience is essential
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
Highly organized, attentive, detail and solution-oriented
High level of accuracy
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
Microsoft Office
