As the QA representative you host Customer Audits in Uppsala. You will Co-ordinate the audit and related activities. Respond to Customer Audit reports. Initiate and follow up on agreed CAPA actions. Improve ways of working with Customer Audits. This is a temporary position during 2014-10-01-2015-12-31.
Essential Responsibilities The Customer Audit Manager is accountable for hosting customer audits at the Uppsala site.
You will have the opportunity to meet representatives from the world's leading Pharmaceutical companies in your daily work.
As Customer Audit Manager you will be the quality representative and the co-ordinator of the audit. This includes contact with the sales organization, planning and preparation, resource management to be able to meet customer expectations, facility tour, presentation of Quality Processes, internal communication, responses on the customer reports and follow-up on CAPA.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• MSc degree in chemistry..
• Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish, as well as outstanding presentation skills are required.
• Experience from chemical manufacturing, quality auditing and working with customers from the pharmaceutical industry would be considered as a valuable asset.
• EU Work Permit.

Desired Characteristics:
• Needs to have experience with quality standards such as ISO 9001/13485 and/or GMP.
• Needs to be a person that is good team worker (co-ordination of 20-30 persons/audit day)
• Needs to be customer focused - the customer shall have a positive and professional impression of GE at the end of the audit.
• He/she has to be accountable for actions and results - we have to keep our promises to the customer.
• He/she has to work internally with implementation of agreed improvements and therefore he/she needs to be resourceful - seek simple solutions, effectively use internal /external resources.
• He/she also has to be open and represent high level of communication skills.
