Who you are
We are looking for you who knows how to tailor and execute promotions and the customer experience based on segments, groups or individuals of certain behaviour patterns, localisation and previous interactions with IKEA across all channels. If you have a deep knowledge of how to profile, model, analyse and report on all data, cross-channel, to gain insights for personalized marketing we would be happy. You have a strong knowledge of how to target customers and manage real-time contextual interactions on individual basis using behavioural and predicted patterns throughout their experience with IKEA in all channels as much as a good understanding of how to work with large volumes of data (structured and unstructured, internal and external), utilising mathematical modelling, optimisation models and what-if simulations for the purpose of driving actionable business insights. You have a broad knowledge of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure the right representation.
You are passionate about the behaviours of the many people and the trends that influences them and data, analytics & customer insights. You get motivated by driving business growth by creating a unique image for IKEA in the many people's mind.
You have a passion for leading, inspiring and developing a team of highly talented specialists that is being recognised for its contribution to the business. You like to work agile and be open to change. You share and live the IKEA culture and values.
Ideally you have:
A minimum of 5 years of working with CRM analytics, insights & data management Proven strong analytical and insight skills
Strong data visualisation and presentation skills Experience with digital marketing and an omni-channel set-up
Strong project management skills Strong documented leadership skills Preferred: Knowledge of IKEA brand, culture, values and way of working

Your Responsibilities
Implement the registered customer analytics and insights related tasks for the common CRM Hub activities, collaborating with the digital data and analytics team for any advanced analytics and data modelling.
Support the development of the analytical and Insight capabilities and prioritisation of the Common CRM Hub backlog of activities in close co-operation with the CRM Hub Development Leader
Support the development of business needs for collection, integration, auditing and usage of Customer data (IKEA Family, IKEA Business, CRM) for the Common CRM Hub
Analyse primary Customer data (IKEA Family, IKEA Business, CRM) and other engagement data contributing towards the central repository for insights, in partnership with the Consumer & Customer Insights Centre of Expertise
Provide Subject Matter Expertise to the relevant digital product teams for reporting, customer insights, audience management and analytics.
Support markets in generating insights based on adaptations and country specific CRM activities as part of the common CRM Hub and in line with the local growth potentials
Contribute towards the development of tools and methods to maximise customer lifetime value strategies
Provide subject matter support for the country Customer Engagement & Loyalty Analysts as part of the overall Customer Engagement Approach
Ensure that developed solutions using metrics and analytics are used in local markets to improve customer engagement and support customer-centric competence development
Work across functions within INGKA Group and in good collaboration with other IKEA businesses
