We have a matrix organisation where each customer order becomes a project with resources from project management, system design, detailed design, manufacturing transfer, sourcing and verification. Internally we are working together with R&D, After Sales, Supply Chain and Product Marketing to utilize the full strength of the Life Sciences organization.Essential Responsibilities:We are searching for a Customer advocacy coordinator to handle customer complaints and questions from our global market. As coordinator you will also be responsible to continuous quality improvements, leading CAPA investigations and implementation, act as field modification coordinator. As support you will have dedicated SME's (Subject matter experts) for technical details, investigations and responses.If you have questions regarding the position, please contact recruiting manager Andreas Wiberg,
andreas.wiberg@ge.com.Qualifications/Requirements:· To be successful in this role we believe you have a strong drive and ability to manage change initiatives in a matrix organization· Demonstrated ability to deliver result in an ambiguous environment without losing customer focus· You are comfortable working at a high pace and to deliver quality on short noticeFormal requirements: · Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent knowledge/experience)· Excellent communication skills · Experience of complaint handling or CAPA process or similar · English and Swedish as working languageDesired Characteristics:· Understanding of and capability to manage cultural differences · Experience from working with external customer contacts · Knowledge from GEHC Bioprocess products or other supplier products to the biopharma industry Personal traits we value in this role are: · Structured and Analytical · Great team working and leadership skills
