Our Distribution Business Unit in Europe consists of a distributor and dealer support network. They deliver reliable sales and service of durable and high performing engineer, generator set and aftermarket products to our regionally based (global) partners. We are now looking to recruit a Service Leader to develop strong relationships with key customers through frequent and professional communication and provide daily supervision of Field Service Technicians.
Your impact will be seen in these and other ways:
• Day-to-day supervisor for Field Service Technicians; managing resources ensuring safety, quality, and efficient operations.
• Coordinating and scheduling Field Service Technicians and controlling field-related costs, auditing field reports (time, mileage, and quality); prepare work schedules and assigns work to maintain and manage technician productivity.
• Providing performance feedback and opportunities for growth.
• Creating and analysing product failure analysis reports in cooperation with the Technical Support and Warranty Manager.
• Administering and resolving customer concerns related to the business or distributor warranties
• Develop strong relationships with key customers through frequent and professional communication.
• Providing technical support to the technicians, customers and dealers.
