hela Sverige You will build and lead our development team for the rapid international growth that we are currently experiencing. You will be supporting your team by ensuring they are constantly growing as engineers while solving complex technical problems that deliver impact on our products. We will grow the team heavily this year.
Our Head office is located in Stockholm and it is preferred if You are located here but it is not a requirement.
The work
As CTO you are overall responsible and will lead the development of our technical solutions. You will lead and scale your team with our international growth, to set the overall direction and priorities of the team and own the budget and forecast process.
In short, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
• Build, lead and grow our engineering team
• Overall responsibility for the technical strategy, roadmap and software solutions.
• Ensure that our solutions are scalable, sustainable, architecturally sound
• Translating product and business goals into sound technical solutions
• As part of the management team participate in the strategic development of the company.
Who are you?
To excel in this role, you have experience of managing and building tech solutions and prefferably even Tech organisations. You are used to work in a high paced environment and have a passion for software development and leadership.
If you always strive for results, value high standards and see the excellence of teamwork, you are probably the one. You have a strong executive ability. You are driven and restless and want to work at high velocity to improve and scale what we have already built.
Skills & Requirements

• You are structured, and know the importance of setting and following priorities
• You have a strong attention to detail, but can also focus on the big picture
• You are able to work and make decisions independently
Background
• You are fluent in English (other languages is a plus)
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• You will have started your career as a developer yourself, before moving into architectural and/or organisational leadership.
• You have worked in a fast paced and fast growing organisation.
