Job Description

D o you want to help us to increase our customer loyalty and engagement ? As a CRM Business Developer your main responsibility is to develop and deliver new solutions that help Lindex improve customer value and give the customer a more personalized experience. You are part of our Customer Engagement Team in the Customer Experience Department , working globally with all our markets and with the common goal to optimize the c u st o mer experience to drive long term loyalty . The assignment comprehends development in ; marketing autom a tion , new services to our customers , personalization and our loyalty program. All development is based on deep insight about customer experience . In close co-operation with Lindex IT or other development teams, y ou work in an agile way with Lindex backlog to generate business and custome r value . Examples of your work tasks: act as project manager for various projects , for ex personalization, payments solutions, new services and to ta ke responsibility for continuous business development within CRM.

Are you the one we are looking for?

W orking experience from a position in CRM and retail, where you h av e acquired business development skills

Working experience from project management, especially projects involving IT development

Relevant u niversity degree in BA, economics, statistics , database or similar
Experience in agile methodology and tools

Advanced skill s in CRM related system such as Adobe campaign or equivalent

Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious: Experience from implementation/roll-out of projects in retail

To succeed in this role, you have a strong passion for CRM . You can work independently, take initiatives and managing your time to meet set deadlines. Since y o u will be working in close collaboration with other departments, we think that it is important that you are a team player and open minded.
