We are seeking a talented Crepe Specialist to join our team and help us craft mouthwatering crepes that leave our customers craving for more.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of crepes, both sweet and savory, according to established recipes and customer orders.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and maintain an organized and clean kitchen workspace.
Customize crepes based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and ingredient levels, and notify management of any shortages.
Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers, taking orders, and delivering crepes with a smile.
Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Crepe Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Knowledge of various crepe fillings, toppings, and presentation techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
