The management of credit risk is critical to the success of any lending portfolio. Are you interested in taking the lead in the decision-making process of Ikano Banks Credit Management? If so, then this may be the right job for you as we are looking for a committed person with proven experience in Credit Risk Management. We are going through a significant change program and assume that you are keen on working in a changing and challenging environment.
You will be part of the Credit Risk team in Sundbyberg reporting to the Credit Risk Manager B2B.
Analyze credit applications and approve applications
Prepare credit applications for the local and central credit committee.
Portfolio management; Analyze, report and provide recommendations on the development of the factoring and leasing portfolio.
Process development within the credit risk area by implementing central guidelines, maintaining local guidelines and securing alignment between these two.
Monitoring and validating the rating/scoring models and the loan loss provision models for factoring and leasing.
Perform reporting to secure monitoring of the credit work and the development of specific KPI's.
Partner management from a credit perspective. Perform analysis of new partners and reviews on existing partners.
Manage credit surveillance of existing clients, customers and partners for factoring and leasing.
Responsible for knowledge sharing within the team and to pick up early warning signals in the economic environment and relevant industries.
You have been working as a Credit Officer or Credit Manager and are well familiar with the Nordic factoring & leasing markets. You have at least 3 years of working experience from a Bank, a Financing or a Leasing company. You have in-depth knowledge of credit handling, credit portfolio thinking and credit risks. It is an advantage if you have experience from strategic work within these areas. You hold a university degree in finance or you have relevant work experience.
As a person you are structured, efficient, process oriented and good at expressing yourself in English and a Nordic language both verbally and in writing. You appreciate working in a team and in a value driven organisation. At last, you want to be part of creating and developing the B2B business within Ikano Bank.
