Credit Analyst
Vendor Referred Business, Nordic

As a Credit Analyst within the Vendor Referred Risk Team you will be part of a team of six specialists, reporting to the Head of Risk Vendor Referred Nordic, handling the Nordic region mid ticket transactions. Your daily tasks will consist of counter party risk rating and new business underwriting within own authority or make recommendations to higher authorities. Part of the role is to support sales with transaction structuring and on a regular bases meet with customer and suppliers in the Nordic Region.
What are my responsibilities?
To assess all aspects of risk associated with proposals submitted by third parties including;
• Assessment of counterpart risk by means of the SFS rating methodologies.
• Underwriting new business transactions within personal delegated authority levels and in line with Group policy
• Making recommendations to higher authority where outside personal underwriting authority
Work closely together with sales supporting with structuring of credits and be able to meet with customers and suppliers when needed.
Contribute to Portfolio Management by conduction Annual Reviews and follow up on payment behaviors on assigned accounts.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
• 3-5 years experience in asset finance/leasing risk management, including experience in underwriting and processing middle / large ticket and complex transactions.
• In depth understanding of financial statements, principles of lending & credit policy based decision making
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent, preferably with an orientation towards finance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. As well as strong analytical skills, organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and in writing.
• Knowledge in Finish is considered a merit
