Job Responsibilities
As the Country Manager, you will hold the reins of the drive business in Sweden. Your responsibilities span beyond sales - you'll drive our technical service & support business, ensuring seamless interactions that create value for our customers. You'll be the driving force behind setting ambitious targets and celebrating their achievement, while inspiring your team to excel. You will be reporting to the Regional Head of Sales for Northern Europe.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Create a positive environment where business success is the recipe for highly motivated staff and highly satisfied and loyal customers.
Set ambitious targets and be proud to drive the sales and profit in Swedish market.
Lead and develop the people in the organization.
Leverage Global strategies in our focus industries to drive growth in your market.
Leveraging agreements with global key accounts operating in your market.
Take ownership and push for solutions.
Background & Skills

You have the drive that it takes, are eager to challenge and can embrace the ongoing changes that we meet every day. You are known for your open-mind and communicative approach. This enables you to build relations and cooperate across cultures and geography. You see the bigger picture and at the same time, you can transfer it into a structured way of working which permits you to come up with the right solutions, and you are willing to make the necessary decisions.
Your business knowledge enables you to have a strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders. You possess leadership skills to recruit and build a winning team with a strong performance culture aligned with the company values.
Min. 3 years proven record as successful people manager.
Experience from working in a senior sales management role, preferably within drives solutions and/or the Industrial market segments.
Holding minimum a bachelor's degree in commercial, marketing or technical subject or equivalent.
