THE JOB:
• To manage and develop the business in the Swedish market.
• Pro-actively sell and develop sales and expand customer base
• Work towards montly sales targets
• Responsible for marketing the product distrubution
• Responsible for brand awareness in the territory
• Responsible for the business plan to ensure targets are managed
• Open new business accounts
• Develop, expand and nurture existing customer base.
• Promote company and products
Essential Skills & Knowledge:
• Fluent in Swedish + English ( business level)
• Proven background in pro-active sales ( field sales, KAM, Business Development, Country Manager - or similar ) within Swedish market
• Proven experience in develop new business opportunities
• Proven experience in creating new channels of business
• Able to hit sales and profit targets
• Excellent presentation skills and customer focus
• Strong negotiation skills
• An excellent problem solver
• Ability to work on your own ( self managed )
• Able to travel as part of the job (including driving licence)
NOTE:
Ideally the person will be based in the Stockholm area.
Business travel in Sweden is necessary
A home office is required
Ability to work independently as you will be the person representing the company in Sweden, with support from the UK head office.
