We are looking for a Country Commercial Manager to support the Category Team with the execution of the Nordic commercial plan within a country. Reporting to the Category Management Director you'll be placed at our office at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, working across the whole Nordic with a focus on Sweden.Overall role:As the Country Commercial Manger you will liaise with the Nordic Category Management Team to support country operations in the implementation of commercial plan and brand activity where languages spoken or relationships held locally are prohibitive.Main responsibilities:Work with local team e.g. operations and business development to ensure excellent implementationContribute to the commercial plans providing local insight/knowledge and opportunitiesRepresent country considerations at commercial meetings with partnersSupport the delivery of range, pricing and POSMonitor competitor activityMonitor site performance and compliance through structured site visits.Profile:To succeed in this role you need to have a Marketing degree or equivalent. You must have at least 3 years of experience of Retail or Food & Beverage business and category optimisation with delivery of commercial results.If you have high energy level with the ability to multitask you will enjoy this role. You are a relationship builder who has high skills in communications with different stakeholders and local teams. We see you as result oriented and comfortable working against targets and deadlines.
