On behalf of our client we are now accepting applicants for a consultant assignment working with customer support at a global medical technology company that develops and manufactures innovative non-invasive patient monitoring technologies in Danderyd, Stockholm. The client will be needing administrative support starting as soon as possible until Christmas time.
In your role you will be helping to improve the overall internal process related to Costumer Complaint and Failure Analysis with the client. You will also assist and give general support to Sales and Marketing. During this assignment you will be located with our client at their office in Mörby Centrum, Danderyd. You will be reporting to the Sr. Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager/ Sales & Marketing Director, and be the interfacing between QA and Sales & Marketing, to provide input and get information as well with QA globally.
You will be employed by Dfind and this will be your first assignment with us. About the assignment:
During this assignment you will be handling service and customer complaint processes mostly related to aftersales. You will:
• Register Customer input into Sales Force Database, mainly OEM
customer feedback (complaints, Service etc)
• Initial review of Customer Complaint in Agile database, set up
information about follow up etc.
• Initial review of Animal Health (AH) and Service Requests (SR) in Agile
database.
• Follow up Customer feedback
• Follow up Product Returns, keep information in Agile accurate, ensure
returns through communication with customer.
• Follow up Failure analysis and prioritize to ensure compliance.
• Support warranty process.
• Order Management when returning devices.
• Collect information to different forums related to complaints, services, e g lead
time, outcome
• Archive product returns and documents after FA.
Required Background:
Personal Qualities:
To be successful in this role you need to be structured and detail oriented. You also need to have great communication skills (fluent in English and Swedish in both writing and speaking) to be able to accurately and precisely assist different types of customers. A good understanding and thorough documentation skills are required.
Formal Requirements:
We would like to see that you have a technical or/and administrative background and an understanding of regulated industry. You need to be familiar with business systems and desktop systems, such as PDM, ERP, Excel. Meritorious if you have experience from the Medical Industry!
