We have our own coffee roastery (Johan & Nyström) and or own bakery in Malmö. The Group is owned by the private investment group JAB Holding Company.
We are looking to recruit a new star to the Group Finance team who will work primarily with our rent and capex costs. As a fast-growing F&B retail chain, rent and capex costs relates directly to the success of our business. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who wants to start a career within Finance and who enjoys creating structure, working with numbers and supporting the operative business.

You will be part of Group Finance that consists of teams within Accounting, Controlling, FP&A and Business Intelligence. Together, Group Finance provides the business and management with accounting, reporting, follow up, analysis and data to support our continued fast and profitable growth. As cost controller, you will be responsible for the entire chain regarding rent and capex from a Finance perspective - from handling invoices to producing cost reporting and follow up with business stakeholders. In this role, you will report to Head of FP&A. You will be situated at or head office located in central Stockholm, on Drottninggatan 29.
Tasks include:
Invoice handling and booking of rent and capex costs
Ensure accuracy and quality in cost reporting
Deliver analysis, follow up and forecast of costs
Close communication with Rent management and the Expansion & Construction teams in all countries and on Group level
Support in budgeting
IFRS16 handling of rent costs
Ad-hoc analysis and reporting
Who are you?
We believe that you have a university degree in Accounting/Finance. You are either looking to start your career within Finance or have up to 1-2 years of relevant working experience. To excel in this role, you need to have a structured mindset and the ability to easily switch between detail-oriented tasks and the bigger picture. Excellent Excel skills is a must and you are not afraid of complexity. You will be the Finance go-to person regarding rent and capex costs for the rest of the organization, so strong social skills and a collaborative attitude is vital. Fluency in Swedish and English is a must.
