hela Sverige We are looking for a Corporate VP Assistant that will assist the Corporate VP and Business Directors with different levels of administration and support, as well as participate in different projects.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support and administration to Corporate VP and Business Directors as first priority. Management and participation in different projects and events.
JOB SCOPE
General administration and support to Corporate VP IM, such as taking care of his calendar, travel and hotel bookings and travel expense registrations. Make approvals of time reports, travel allowances and travel expenses for direct reporting to the Corporate VP. Make preparations and assist in regards to VIP visits. Making sure contracts and relevant documents are signed by Corporate VP and returned to sender. Participate in different projects and events, such as Christmas Dinner, Samsung Day etc Internal communication including emailing, meeting arrangements within SENA. Creating good working relationship with EHQ and HQ key contacts' admin. Supporting and assisting also in different personal matters if needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in Business Economics, preferably with a major in marketing and/or administration. Good knowledge of M/S Office (Excel, Powerpoint, outlook). Good knowledge is social media / marketing an asset. Fluent in English and Swedish Experience from working with administrative tasks with leadership team level in international environment.

Practical information
Start: ASAP Contract: Concultancy assignment. Contract ends April 2023 with possible extension Salary: Hourly based monthly pay (timbaserad månadslön)
Location: Kista (flexible remote during pandemics)
