The unit aim to create profitable growth for both PostNord and for our customers. The work is done in close collaboration with the countries' sales organizations and the group's business areas.
Be part of our team
We are a Nordic Strategic Sales Function working with approximately 25 Corporate Clients that are market leaders in selected industries. They represent more than 10 % of PostNord Groups total revenue. The team's responsibility is to create long-term strategic partnerships, making our customers successful, and to develop and grow PostNord's business in the Nordic market. The team also includes a Nordic Customer Solution Delivery Function. Location is in preferably in Solna.
You have what it takes
We are looking for a candidate who has extensive experience of Global/Nordic Sales or Strategic Account Management roles and is used to work with complex business development and with relevant processes and tools. Experience from working as a Global KAM or Strategic KAM within Logistics is a merit. You are driven to develop the function and are excellent at coordinating and planning in a structured and independent manner. You are target and result oriented and comfortable working against tight deadlines. You have a process oriented mindset and a strong ability to follow and apply PostNord processes and methods to secure cross functional efficiency and collaboration. You have an ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with large customers as well as between PostNord countries, BAs and functions. You have very good knowledge in Swedish or any Scandinavian language and English - both spoken and written.
