Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Do you want to be a part of the CAM team and work with developing and drive the account teams and the relationship with the accounts?
The purpose of the role is to actively and strongly support the Account Manager in leading and developing the global relationship with the Accounts and WWL, both on the Ocean and Inland side. Be an active and driving member of the account team. Represent the interests of WWL and build relationships with the customers as part of the CAM team.
Responsibilities:
• Keep the CAM and CAM Team informed and involved on all important issues.
• Keep the Global Commercial Team, the Regional Commercial, Inland and Trades informed and involved on all important issues.
• Support CAM and drive the overall management of the Corporate Accounts including:
• Customer Strategy development
• RFQ & tender management
• Contracting & pricing
• Contract management
• Customer satisfaction
• Performance targets & analysis of deviations
• Forecasts and market intelligence
• Facilitate contract amendments
• weConnect management for the accounts
• Drive together with the CAM the implementation and execution of the strategic objectives as per Customer strategy.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Requirements:
• Higher education and/or a minimum of 3 years experience in shipping, logistics or international trade environment
• General product knowledge and understanding of the industry
• Result Oriented
• Analytical and structured
• Flexible with ability to work under pressure and in a changing environment
• Team player
• Ability to function well in a multi-cultural (global) environment
• Customer oriented and interested in sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong MS Office skills
• Swedish or other Scandinavian language is considered an advantage.
