The Job
We're looking for a Conversion Manager to lead the testing, analytics, execution and optimization of our user experience and funnels. Your work will be data-driven and involve defining, prototyping, testing and analyzing the impact of all communication efforts aiming to optimize the acquisition funnels.
A successful candidate is a person with strong analytical & communication skills, a hunger for facts and an innovative & creative mindset who is driven by achieving best-in-class conversion rate optimization.
The Conversion Manager will be part of the Acquisition and Retention Team reporting to the Head of Acquisition and Retention.
Responsibilities:
You will make sure:
Conversions are tracked and properly measured throughout all Rebtel services and platforms.
Conversion testing framework is available and functioning.
Roadmap and backlog for conversion testing is agreed, defined and communicated
You will also work with:
Implementation and evaluation of new conversion tests
Conversion rate- and Landing Page Optimization: be responsible for the ongoing testing roadmap and evaluation of product/service presentations on rebtel.com
Product development evaluation
Conversion Funnel Analysis
External and internal tracking tools to ensure that we have the right data points and tools
Desired Skills and Experience:
• 3 years relevant work experience with marketing, conversion optimization, web analytics and analytics towards a substantial customer base
Demonstrated expertise in implementing and evaluating A/B tests and other test frameworks to optimize the funnels
Proven experience in exporting, interpreting and presenting data for presentation to key stakeholders and senior management
Self-directed and independent with ability to take on and lead individual projects
Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders
Rigorous attention to detail and focus on quality of deliverables
Strong interpersonal skills
Last but not least - a passion for customer data in all shapes, sizes and forms
