As Controller assistant within Axis financial department you will assist our different functions (Corporate finance, Accounting and Sales control) in various tasks on a daily basis. The tasks will alter throughout the year and reflect the financial departments’ different needs. It’s therefore essential that you have an interest in working with figures and various financial tasks. Your work will include but not be limited to:
• Assist at monthly and quarterly closing
• Assist in the forecast process
• Monitor liquidity flows
• Maintain reports in the reporting tool
• Upload sales statistics into our data warehouse
• Assist with various tasks within accounts payables
• Prepare presentations
Except from the above you will also take part in different projects within the financial department.
The position is based in Lund.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a service minded and driven person with ability to work without close supervision. It’s important that you can handle multiple tasks and that you have a drive to develop within your work, taking on bigger tasks and performing tasks more independently. You are dependable and see great value in delivering results with high quality on time.
Except from the above we believe you have the following qualifications:
• Completed upper secondary education within finance together with some years of related experience
• Good knowledge within MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
