As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be establishing and maintaining a continuous improvement culture in ABB and creating transparency to monitor progress.
You will typically be implementing continuous improvement projects in the local organization and/or mastering multiple projects.
Your responsibilities
Executing continuous improvement and strategy deployment to standardize processes and develop best practices within the sales unit in Sweden.
Driving and leading the Operational Excellence forum.
Understanding the organizations vision, objectives and needs, and suggesting projects, actions and tools to achieve them.
Responsibility for sales tools deployment.
Supporting the implementation of enabling technologies to local sales unit, e.g. E-business.
Providing training and coaching to people and teams so that they are better equipped to drive their improvement efforts for themselves, and driving standardization and consistency.
Coordinating Best Practices sharing between the Nordic countries.
Your background
You have experience in process development and/or continuous improvement role within industry sector.
An academic degree within relevant field.
Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and Sharepoint is considered a plus.
A collaborative and solution-focused approach.
Strong written and spoken communication skills.
