The roleWe are seeking an experienced coordinator to join our Acquisitions team as a Content Administration Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a background in contract handling, rights management, or system management. This role involves coordinating content-related tasks to ensure smooth operations for all content deals across Viaplay Group. As a key player in our team, you will be instrumental in managing our content administration processes. Your skills will help drive our mission to deliver the best entertainment experience to our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer content contracts, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in rights management and scheduling systems.
Oversee rights management, ensuring compliance with all agreements and policies.
Coordinate and manage content administration systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and efficient.
Manage relationships with content partners and stakeholders, collaborating with various departments for seamless integration.
Deliver reports and process deals based on internal workflow.
Become a super user of internal content management systems.
What we're looking for

Proven experience in contract handling, rights management, or system management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or similar systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role within the media or publishing industry.
Familiarity with content licensing and distribution processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
