We are looking for a Contact Strategy Manager to define world leading multi-channel, multi-platform contact strategies.
Your role within our Kingdom:
If you want to define and help implement exceptionally engaging contact strategies for a network of hundreds of millions of casual game players through all available channels across the globe and across all our games, then this may be the right opportunity for you. You will be part of the Contact Strategy team within the CRM organization and your role will be to imagine and deliver, with other parts of the organization, the best possible experience for our players.

Responsibilities include:
You will be in charge of defining key elements of our player contact strategy, including:
The desired player experience across channels (In-Game communication, X-promotion, Player to Player, Mobile Push, Facebook Notifications, Email, etc.), games and platforms.
Managing the planning, strategy and execution of how new games are released to the network of players
The optimal level of differentiation/segmentation across the player base to achieve the right balance between impact and operational effectiveness
The identification of key areas of the experience to evolve and the prioritization of investments to do so
The monitoring and interpretation of the trends in player behaviour and the identification of actions to leverage or address
The use of competitors and industry trend monitoring to ensure we leverage all opportunities at our disposal to create a world-class Customer experience.
The definition and follow-through of the technology analytical and marketing roadmaps to realize these strategies.
Aim to define strategies that will allow us to deliver along several dimensions (network size, player engagement, spend and satisfaction, virality, marketing effectiveness, etc.)
You will be supported by a team of Business Analysts and will work with them to define the analysis necessary to understand players? behaviours and optimize their experience.
You will work in a fully integrated fashion with the other areas of CRM (Platforms and Operations) and with the other key areas of the business (game teams, technology development, other Marketing departments).
Essential Skills & Experience
You have great passion for direct to consumer marketing. You are customer centric and think first through the eyes of the customers you are contacting. You are imaginative, innovative and fanatic about delivering an exceptional experience. Other skills include:
Industry: You will have extensive experience of working within consumer services with a substantial customer base, and broad set of products or services.
Functional: You will be a marketing strategist with strong focus on base marketing along the customer journey. Knowledge in CRM channels is a plus (e-mail, Facebook, mobile push). Also someone organized and able to manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
