We are now recruiting a Contact Center Manager to join the Marketing team at Pirelli. You will be responsible for assuring the coordination of the contact center team and report to the Marketing Manager Nordics.
The Nordic region will expand with several markets as from next year, opening up an exciting possibility for the right candidate in this position.
Main responsibilities:
Order management, customer requests, supporting customers
Support the sales force with information about commercial, technical and administrative matters
Manage, develop and support the team of 3 agents
Support the monthly reporting process
Drive a continues service level improvement

Who are you?
You have a significant experience of customer service and have been leading a team previously.
You have a degree in relevant field or similar experience.
You are fluent in Swedish, with good English skills.
Experience of SAP, CRM systems and the Office package is an advantage.
To be successful in the role, you need to have strong leadership skills. You are structured, adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. It is important that you are a good team player with social competence and enjoy networking and building relations both internally and externally. You are naturally service oriented, with a strong understanding in the sales process for products.
