The role as Consumer Service and Coordinator Nordic & Export, offers an exciting new possibility, as this position will be the first of its kind. The centralization of the Consumer Service for the Nordic market, and the addition of the coordinating responsibilities of the Export section has created this multifunctional and flexible role. The position has a striking opportunity of development of the individual, the role itself, and routines and policies.

• … Communication with consumers, handling consumer complaints and dialogs.
• … Communication with international partners and distributers, residing within 20 different countries. This dialog will concern claims, deliveries, and ordering processing and routing.
• … Communication with suppliers, concerning deliveries and ordering routing.
• … Coordination of deliveries and order routing, acting as a hub between different parties.
• … Development of existing or new routines concerning Consumer Service as well as Export Coordination.

Qualifications::
We think that you have a post high school education, not necessarily from a university. The role focus heavily on you analytical and communication abilities. You have a background within consumer service and order handling, preferably 3 or more years. Coordinating experience is a much merited quality.

It’s required that you are fluent in Swedish and in English, both in speech and writing and that you have good knowledge in Danish and Norwegian. If you’re fluent in Finnish it’s merited. You also have working experience with business management software (ERP), and Microsoft Office software such as Excel.
