To strengthen our capability to leverage the data to inform our marketing strategies and personalize the consumer experience, the Consumer Data & Analytics team, part of European Central Marketing organization, is looking for a Consumer Analytics Manager to join the team.
As a Consumer Analytics Manager at Electrolux, you will deliver cutting-edge analytics services to our business stakeholders across the consumer journey - from attraction to conversion and loyalty - enabling fact-based decisions and strategies, and tracking progress through clear measurement frameworks.
You will proactively support the digital marketing community with relevant use cases based on your deep analytical knowledge and experience from the consumer goods industry. You generate insights that help Electrolux better understand the consumer, expand reach, increase consumer engagement and advocacy and ultimately drive sales. You are part of a team that informs the Electrolux digital strategy and provides the factual basis for future consumer experiences and touchpoint development.
By exploring, connecting, and analyzing data about our consumers' individual needs and expectations, from unknown to known, you are expected to build audiences and segments to make our marketing communication efforts more relevant and personalized. Working closely with the CRM Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental to support the strategies to drive consumer lifetime value and related KPIs through personalized, orchestrated outbound and inbound communication, across digital and physical channels.
In this role, you will report to the European Head of Consumer Data & Analytics. Apart from the members in the Consumer Data & Analytics team, you will work closely with representatives for execution in outbound and inbound channels, the Consumer journey transformation team, and the extended Marketing team.
Key areas of responsibilities
Support digital marketing with insights & analytics: Deliver analytics services by collecting, tracking, mining and analyzing data and generating fact-based insights. Support digital marketing teams to increase reach, conversion, loyalty and advocacy and inform digital strategy.
Define measurement framework for funnel-based reporting: Responsible for developing measurement frameworks for funnel-based monitoring & reporting for path to purchase, onboarding and our service journeys.
Audience management and consumer segmentation: Responsible for segmentation and audience management, including predictive analytics, to set up a data-driven, automized consumer interaction plan together with Consumer Base Strategy & Orchestration (CRM).
Proactive support and Consulting: Based on your deep analytical knowledge and strong business acumen, collaborate and support the digital marketing community with relevant use cases, defining goals, selecting appropriate KPIs, monitoring performance and derive trends and opportunities.
Develop Consumer Analytics capabilities: Drive and evaluate the development of our analytics toolset, ensuring a 360o consumer view and the consistency of data quality. Be a corner stone in a wide range of projects and topics such as analytics implementation, database integration, marketing attribution, tag management, etc.

Required experience
• 8+ years of experience in consumer analytics, consumer data management, consumer data platforms, consumer profiling, etc.
• Advanced experience with analytics tools and disciplines (CRM, web, eCom, social, mobile, sentiment, paid media, etc.).
• Advanced experience with visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik), programming and databases (SQL, R, Python)
• Good knowledge of advanced analytics (Regression, Cluster analysis, Hypothesis testing)
• Proven project management skills, including the ability lead projects or work on several projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, and ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives
• Experience in leading a team is a plus
• University degree in the field of Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Information and Library Science, or equivalent
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
