• Be responsible for the staff within the agile cross functional teams

• Be responsible for the strategy for competence management, e.g. reskilling and upskilling

• Drive and develop HR processes with an agile perspective, e.g. hiring process to attract new talents, employer branding, performance development and strategic & effective workforce planning

• Create an inclusive, safe and attractive place for our employees to grow and stay

• Foster a culture of continuous improvements, learning and transparency

• Actively participate in the TCM Competence Hub management team

What will be your daily work in this role:

• Demonstrate strong advisory ability and the capability to develop solutions across a range of disciplines such as workforce planning, talent management & development and people strategy.

• The ability to translate tech and business ambitions into concrete requirements for competence development and recruitment

• People oriented and result driven, who takes and gives responsibilities
• A driven, innovative, and transformative person who is at the forefront when it comes to understanding our business and future competence needs
• Take initiative and drive the development of the competence area and the future state talent landscape
• Knowledge of agile principles and methodologies
• Previous leadership experience
• Good communication skills, fluent in Swedish and in English
• Master's degree in a relevant field

Here's a great opportunity to join the TCM Portfolio within GPA BIO as Competence Lead. In this role you will have the staff responsibility for our employees within the agile cross functional teams within the TCM portfolio and be responsible for securing a long-term area competence development and flexibility to meet the needs of the whole portfolio over time. You will drive the way we work to attract and keep our talent, e.g. through employer branding, competence development and leadership development, as well as secure the foundation for how we work with capabilities and competence homes. You will get to partner up with HR and ART leaders to optimize both our processes and ART deliveries from a competence perspective.
