We are looking for a Regional Manager for Company Sales. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
Key responsibilities
• As Nordics Leader for TCS RIG Business Group, responsible for driving the RIG group business goals and success in the region
• Responsible for executing TCS Strategy across the 5 pillars of Growth with value, Customer Delight, Associate Joy, Efficient Operations, and Industry leadership
• Design the RIG Nordics strategy, implement the Go to Market and capture business opportunities across the RIG account clusters
• Responsible for the P&L for the Nordics RIG business
• Develop and nurture C Suite relationships across RIG Client Leaders in the region
• Collaborate closely with other business groups of TCS to drive TCS' collective vision for the region
• Engage with the Nordics Markets teams for new account acquisition
• Establish a strong team to enable execution of RIG strategy by identifying best fit personnel, assigning them clear and challenging goals and guiding and supporting them to drive successful realization of goals
• Engage with partner ecosystem to drive both customer success and TCS growth
• Interact and engage with Marketing for brand building activities
• Drive customer innovation by leveraging TCS' investments in Labs, R&I and solutions
• Engender business innovations enabling RIG and TCS growth in the region
• Work closely with delivery teams to drive delivery assurance and high CSI of customers
• Responsible for TCS RIG Nordics P&L
• Drive business growth as per Annual Operating Plan and targets defined within the same
Drive operational efficiency by achieving target Profitability through both controlling expenses and growth.
The position will have personnel reporting in both from Sweden and other geographies. In Sweden, Client Partners, Solution Leads and Delivery Personnel may report into this position. From other geos, Delivery, Operations, Solutions and Pre-Sales personnel may report into this position.
