We are now looking for a Communication Project Assistant!
Description
The main responsibility of the Communication & Public Affairs Department, where you will be part of, covers: Corporate Communications, Internal Communication, Media Relations, Governmental and Public Affairs, and Investor Relations.
As a member of the communication & PA department, you will assist the department on both internal and external projects and also coordinate with our organization in China.
Main Assignments & Responsibilities:
• Work with English-Chinese translation of all types such as press releases, internal communication and other documents.
• Assist with corporate communication in terms of copy writing, PPT preparation
• Support project leaders with basic research and budget estimation.
• Coordinate external visits and internal corporate activities.
• Daily admin work which may include scheduling appointments, planning meeting agendas, traveling bookings etc.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations or similar communication studies.
• High writing proficiency both in Mandarin and English. Ability to speak and write Swedish is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft office package especially PPT & Excel.

Terms
National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by IF Metall / Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
