Our client is looking to recruit a Commercial & Contract Manager (CCM) who will be responsible for all project and contract evaluations in the Sales phase and to support local Sales in the proposal and contract negotiation process. Many of the support functions are based in our client's German head office so there will be frequent interaction with both German and Swedish colleagues.
The position of CCM offers an excellent opportunity to build a career with a state-of-the-art wind turbine manufacturer, plus have a real impact on our client's success on the Swedish market.
Candidate profile
Key accountabilities:
• Provide support to Sales Manger(s) in preparation of
proposals
• Coordination of project & contract evaluation processes in the
Sales phase, including pre-examination of documents,
determination of required examinations, involvement of
specialist departments
• Plausible check of Risk Registers
• Execution of financial risk analysis
• Check of project calculations
• Interface with the purchase department for tower costs
• Preparation of Customer Data Analysis
• Clarification of commercial issues (tax, bonds, insurances,
foreign exchange, accounting)
• Play an integral part in helping to advance the Company's
position on the Swedish/Scandinavia market
• Support of Sales for handover-process to Project Manager
• Mentoring for new entry CCM
Experience & background:
• BSc or higher education with legal, commercial or technical
focus
• Experience in commercial and contractual issues regarding
offer and contract preparation
• Technical background and/or ability to understand technical
requirements
• Ability to comprehend a broad variety of issues related to wind
park development projects, including warranty issues and
assessment of commercial risks
• Excellent communication skills (reading and writing) in the
Swedish and English language. Experience working in an
international environment is a plus
• Willingness to travel nationally and abroad
• Experience in sales or project management is seen as
beneficial
• Ability to quickly understand and adapt to corporate processes
and procedures relating to contract/commercial negotiations
