DESCRIPTION
As a Commercial Launch Manager you will hold an important role within Dentsply Sirona Implants and the department Market Development. The Market Development department has overall responsibility for definition and development of communication and key strategic programs and launch/go-to-market strategies. Frequent travels are required to build and maintain relations in a global company like Dentsply Sirona Implants.
A selection of activities and accountabilities in the position:
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects
• Define project direction, context and scope
• Take part in the development of business plans for new product projects/launches
• Develop and manage project plans to secure project deliverables
• Execute launch planning and communication of products and concepts for the prioritized projects within Dentsply Sirona Implants
• Define and execute a project communication strategy for all stakeholders
• Close cooperation and interaction with Sales, Global Commercial Teams, Product Platforms, Research & Development and Operations defining strategies for the launches
• Organize and staff the cross functional project team with required competencies
QUALIFICATIONS
For this interesting role in a truly global business characterized by extensive growth, we look for qualified candidates with a relevant background. We assume that you have a minimum of 3-5 year's professional experience managing business critical cross functional projects delivering new products, technology and/or services in the healthcare sector and/or medical devices. The position requires an academic background and a business oriented mindset. Preferably a couple of years' experience from other areas of the business, such as sales, marketing, research & development, manufacturing or procurement.
Personal characteristics are analytical skills and attention to detail, capability to prioritize, a positive attitude toward challenges and make decisions and ability handle complex issues in a proactive manner. You will need to possess really strong communication skills and you must have an ability to build relationships both internally and externally. You have a high level of integrity and a strong performance drive. You need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
