You will continually research new ITOM/Discovery capabilities in upcoming ServiceNow releases and make recommendations on how to implement them. Ensuring overall systems availability via good design/best practices, thorough testing, promotion discipline and responsiveness in root cause analysis are also fundamentals in the job description.
