Cloud Adoption aims to take the next step in Scania's Cloud First journey. The work is not only limited to the teams and their stakeholders but more to serve the whole organization when it comes to collaboration with other departments within Scania.
The Scrum Master we are looking for is a servant-leader experienced in agile from a lot of different contexts and team setups and able to work from several perspectives, for example by:
• Coaching and mentoring team members within agile and agile practices, such as establishing feedback loops, and flow and encouraging constant learning
• Create a fun and energizing work environment built on trust and inclusion for the team to help the team stay focused on the shared goal
• Ensuring that all team events that take place are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox
• Remove impediments in our flow, help in managing dependencies and risk mitigation
Serves the Product Owner in several ways, including:
• Support product management and backlog refinement process
• Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
• Facilitating stakeholder collaboration and removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams
• Provide support in ensuring transparency along with meaningful metrics
• Facilitate technical discussions toward shared and aligned decision making
Serves the organization in several ways, including:
• Leading, training, and coaching the organization in the agile mindset
• Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach to complex work
• Develop a strong culture of knowledge sharing and drive relentless continuous improvements
• Facilitate problem-solving efforts, nurture stakeholder collaboration, and guide conflict resolution
Who are you
To succeed in this role, you have experience in leading and coaching teams and working with agile methodologies, for example with the kaizen approach to build a high-performance cloud adoption team. You are able to elevate the way of working for all the sub-teams and the overall team of Cloud Adoption with a focus on value delivery.
As a person, you are service-minded, social, and communicative. Good at asking questions, structured, systematic, and attention to detail. Team player is your middle name and you love to solve problems with your colleagues. Fluency in English both written and oral is required, Swedish language is merited.
