Who we are
Climate ART is responsible for climate system development within Volvo Car Group. The section is part of Vehicle hardware unit within Volvo Car's R&D division (Product & Quality). The Climate Architecture, A&V & CAE group has today 24 employees divided into three teams, Architecture, Test&Analysis and CAE. We have high diversity in our group, consisting of different ages, backgrounds and experiences with open dialogues and good fellowship among the teams. Now we are looking for a new college to complement us and bring additional value to the group.

What we offer
As an Analysis Engineer in the Climate System team you will bring analyse competence to the Agile team and support the team with test and verification in all phases. As a part of an Agile team you will along with other team members and the Product Owner decide and prioritize tasks and together make sure to execute the delivery of your team and Climate ART backlogs.

Cooperation and knowledge sharing are prioritized within the teams.

What you will do
As Analysis Engineer within the Climate Test & Analysis team you will do climate tests on public roads or tunnel tests in complete vehicle and rig tests. You will secure that our Costumer Functions will be verified in the right way. You will have a close collaboration with our Function Owners and ensure that our requirements and test methods are correct. You will be one of our Expeditions leader and manage Climate Expeditions to various places around the world. You like to work in close collaboration with Your team. You are open to travel as the job may involve up to, but not limited to; about six weeks of travel per year.

* Contribute to analyse and methods development in a both creative and technical way with a holistic mindset.
* Lead, plan and perform test and analysis.
* Participate and contribute to the Team and ART ceremonies e.g sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint demos, system demos and product incremental planning with the complete agile release train. Actively support PO in preparation for and under Team and ART ceremonies.

* B.Sc or M.Sc. within mechatronic or el engineering, physics or equivalent experience.
* At least 1 year experience in C++ and SW testing
* Understanding SAFe/Agile way of working
* Knowledge about CANalyzer/CANoe is appreciated but not a requirement
* Previous knowledge about Automotive development and implementation is appreciated
* Holds a valid driver 's licence B
