Dina arbetsuppgifter
Work tasks

As a Support Specialist you will provide support to clients utilizing Advent's software solutions. You present complex technical information in a simplified and clear conduct to clients, other support representative and managers. You document all case issues and resolutions in the CRM system and case handling system. You are regularly interacting with clients from a multitude of international regions, cultures, and languages.

Parallel with your tasks as a Support Specialist you will develop your knowledge in Advent's products.


Kvalifikationer
Education, experience and personal qualities

• Bachelor's degree or higher at university or collage level in technical or financial subjects
• Fluency in English. Conversational ability with other languages such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Icelandic, Finnish, German, French, Dutch, Russian or Arabic is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service or a client facing role is helpful.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. You might manage multiple projects/responsibilities at any one time and need to be able to meet deadlines and expectations. You can present complex information in a simplified way that is easy to understand. You care about the larger team and can give back by teaching and mentoring less experienced team members. You can analyse and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in a complex environment.
