Our customer, CPA Global is now looking for a Client Service Advisor (CSA) placed in Malmö.

As a CSA you will be responsible for providing a high quality frontline service to (key) clients and work as part of a team. The person we are looking for will help to promote CPA Global as the premier service provider in our customer's marketplace. The CSA is continuously focused on improving client service whilst reducing risk to the business. It will be important that you lives and supports the values in order to be able to develop a long an profitable client relationships and therefore supports the important link and support functions between Sales and Business Operations in the Malmo office.

Principal Duties and Accountabilities
Provide high quality service to a portfolio of (key) clients on a day to day basis by:

• Communicating effectively to all clients.
• Consistently meeting or exceeding the standard turnaround deadlines for all query types.
• Providing personal and proactive service that increases client satisfaction by:
• Anticipating client needs via greater client familiarity.
• Developing client knowledge and familiarity of CPA's services.
• Soliciting client feedback.
• Managing and meeting clients' expectations.
• Handling occasional sensitive situations with clients.
•  Escalating complex queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Initiating improvements to renewal procedures, workflow and CPA services, which will increase growth and profitability.
• Accurately using CPA's systems to:
• Log, respond and resolve incoming telephone, email, fax and post queries for key clients.
• Process new client set-ups.
• Maintain client data in the event of smaller changes, e.g. smaller company mergers.
• Ensuring clients receive a professional, efficient and high-level renewal service.
• Continually exploring both internal and external client requirements in order to provide quality solutions.
• Ensuring that client profiles are kept up to date in order to provide the relevant areas of the business with current information.
• Providing support on business initiatives to improve quality of service to meet company objectives.
• Continually expanding technical/ intellectual property/market expertise.

Qualifications and work experience
We expect you to have an educational background of relevance to this work area. Most important is that you possess relevant experience from a similar position, ability to develop and maintain positive client and business relationships combined with strong communication skills and a good business understanding.

 On a professional level you are/have:

• Previous client facing experience.
• Interpersonal communication skills: The ability to develop and maintain positive client and business relationships.
• Demonstrated attention to details.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Competent in MS Office products.
• Capability to develop a thorough knowledge of CPA Global services.
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish language and English, able to negotiate in both languages flawlessly. Additional Nordic language skills strongly preferred.
