hela Sverige We are now looking for a Client Partner within the Telecom Delivery area. You will be responsible for growth and performance for revenue and profitability targets for Telecom market in Nordic & Europe. As Client Partner, you will have account ownership, manage customer stakeholders and account growth.
Furthermore, your key responsibilities include:
• Responsible to achieve customer satisfaction and similar ISU goals
• Drive the creation of annual business plan/strategy where in the targets for the following Financial Year (Revenue, People) are finalized together with the strategy to achieve the same
• Develop value added consulting solutions, TCS thought leadership and offerings along with GCP & other service line
• Identify new opportunities & GTM opportunities in Telecom market
• Manage the learning and development of the On Site teams involved in serving Telecom customers
We are looking for someone with at least 13 years' experience within the Telecom Domain. You should also be experienced in It management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT services delivery. You will be responsible for account management, so experience of leading Telecom Operations is preferable. Furthermore, you should be experienced in the following areas:
• Business development and creating GTM strategy
• CXO level client relationship management
• Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients
• Specific focus on Business Consulting, Telecom Domain, BSS\OSS, CRM, Billing, Digital Channel, 4G, FTTH, Customer Experience\Journey, Mobility, Analytics
