We're looking for Client Instruction with good technical skills reporting to Client Instruction Leader in Sweden.
Main responsibilities include
• To be responsible for the quality and delivery of refreshed data and ensuring customer satisfaction targets are met
• To provide expert operational support to Commercial colleagues (and client when requested), as well as owning and leading quality improvement initiatives in conjunction with other Global Operation departments
• Manage client requests and projects
• Communicate with both commercial- and production teams
• Daily Client Instruction tasks
• Other tasks and projects as needed
The Person
• University degree in business administration or information science, alternatively post-secondary education that is relevant to the service. - Analytical and statistical knowledge is qualifying.
• Positive and solutions oriented. Has the ability to inspire and motivate others
• A team player who works closely with Nordic Colleagues and manages his/her own workload independently
• Eager to work in an international environment and across international borders
• Organized and structured, able to work under strict deadlines and works very well under pressure
• Client oriented, pro-active, eye for processes and results oriented
• Numerate, articulate and possess strong communication skills, written & verbal
• Skilled with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Access
• Fluent in English and Swedish (verbal and written). Other foreign languages are meritorious
• It's an advantage if you have FMCG or Nielsen experience.
• Knowledge of Nielsen software is qualifying
