As Chief Data Officer you will play a key role on this journey and work with our badass data analytics team to make Fyndiq a truly data-driven company.

You as a humble rebel at Fyndiq will

• Drive data science, analytics, and data engineering at Fyndiq
• Be part of the management team and work with business and company development on a strategic level.
• Make sure data drives product development, business optimization, and operational and strategic decision making.
• Own the processes and tools for data capture, processing, analysis, and insights.
• Manage the company's data as a strategic asset; including data quality, data storage, information privacy and protection, data life cycle.
• Personnel responsibility for the Data Analytics organisation at Fyndiq.

Data Analytics at Fyndiq

Today, the Data Analytics team at Fyndiq consist of data scientists, business analysts, data engineers and a team leader. Seven in total. The team leader is there to support you with day to day work with the team and the data platform, so you can focus on helping the company become more data driven. That said, we want you to be comfortable in talking strategy with management team in the morning and then help out the team with KPI calculations and analysis in the afternoon.

As a company we value openness and we work together. As a leader you provide the direction and then let the team decide on road maps and tactics. You will coach team members so they grow in their expertise and roles. Together with the company, you will build the world's best bargain superstore.
