The Transformation Program in Telia is our amplifier for change. It is the accelerator towards becoming the leading purpose-driven digital telco in the Nordics and Baltic.

The Transformation Program is an enabler of our business change, accelerating our critical topics. It is structured around our execution framework of six initiative clusters, closely linked to our business strategy, spanning cross all markets and functions. Each of the clusters consists of key initiatives, with defined objectives and key results, a clear leader and cross-functional team - all executed in a transparent way.
A key part of the Transformation program is connected to people change management and how we as quickly as possible can secure high adoption, utilization, and proficiency of our wanted state. We have full support from top management (and as a change practitioner you know what that means ).
I am currently looking for great people in our organization to help the organization enable the output from the transformation program. So, who am I looking for?
A seasoned change management practitioner

As part of the change team, you will be a core part of the "Transformation Change Management Office" - i.e. secure capabilities and support to drive efficient and sustainable change management and people readiness across all six transformation clusters, as well as all countries.
Is this your next opportunity?
The role includes participation and lead-in, but is not limited to:
Enabling a community of change practitioners throughout all markets
Support in defining transformation change framework and methods to be used throughout program
Together with cluster/country transformation office, identifying change needs within transformation clusters, as well as countries/units and setting up change plans consisting of change activities, training, stakeholder activities and coaching
Segmentation of individuals affected by transformation
Following up change readiness among countries/units to balance activities and efforts
Coordinating and securing alignment of change initiatives driven in countries
Performing change management trainings
Close cooperation with transformation communication to secure alignment of story, messages etc.
Simultaneously building and evaluating change management playbook, tools and frameworks to be used in a broader Telia Company context beyond transformation
Collaborating with initiative owners and leads to ensure the business case for change is clearly defined and documented
Leading and supporting in the development of actionable and targeted change management plans, including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, training plan and resistance management plan
Identifying and monitoring KPIs to monitor change progress

Is this you?
You are comfortable to provide support and advice to both employees and senior leaders and other key stakeholders on how to increase understanding of how people experience change and the process of transition. You thrive in a changing environment where you can make a difference. You need to be able to act as a coach for senior leaders in helping them fulfill the role of a change sponsor. You also need to support all transformation teams in integrating change management activities into their plans.
As a change management practitioner, you will:
Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs

Your personal competencies, skills and qualifications:
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts is a must
Prosci Change Practitioner certification is a must and Trainer level 1 and/ or level 2 is desirable
A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools and how and when to use them
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent active listening skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Forward-looking with a holistic approach
Organized, with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
Problem solving and root cause identification skills
Able to work effectively at all levels in the organization
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with- and through others
Good business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
