Forward is Husqvarna group project that will launch and maintain our new Human Resources Information System. A global platform that will gather most of our HR related processes. Accurate and up to date data will be accessible to every employee according to their role.
Husqvarna Group has decided to invest in a global IT solution to improve operational efficiency and maximize people related process. With this new HR- IT solution, Husqvarna Group aims to have staff data gathered in a single platform, facilitating the connection between employee, manager and the business.
The platform chosen was Workday, an on demand (cloud-based) financial management and human capital management software vendor.
Key Responsibilities and deliverables:
• Plan and drive change management strategies
• Managing internal communication for different project stakeholders; inform internally on project timeline, initiatives, activities and achievements.
• Draft and edit communications plans
• Plan, manage and develop Workday related training strategy
• Create and update educational materials
• Provide tools and support to the global network of change agents
• Coordinate Talent Management processes testing within Workday
• Provide support to users and enhance Talent Management and Performance business processes
• Coordinate HRIS Helpdesk activities.
We are looking for you with an experience within change management, implementation of information systems and with background in HR and/or training and development. If you have an academic degree within business/marketing and a minimum of 2 (two) years hands-on experience.
As a person, you are team-oriented, service minded and flexible with attention to details. You take ownership and work proactively across functions as a driver. Outgoing with high energy level with excellent communication skills. You are a "doer" with the ability to break down strategies into relevant operative actions. You have strong communication and presentation skills and speak English fluently.
