Intinor is a leading developer of products and solutions for high quality video over the internet, with customers ranging from small production companies to major television channels worldwide. We were established in 2003 in Umeå, Sweden and now heading for a record year in both growth and revenue. Intinor is an independent, privately owned company, currently with 18 employees.
Our products address the increasing demand for remote productions and simple ways of streaming over the internet. They are advanced, flexible but still user-friendly solutions. Intinor has been fine-tuning these solutions for 18 years, and we are continuing this work in a fast pace. With a scalable business model we are very optimistic about the future.
Our vision is to deliver the best and most comprehensive solution for live video over the internet. Our aim is to achieve this in the most sustainable way, for the environment and for our people.
Even though 2020 was hard in many ways Intinor has been instrumental in multiple new projects and continually engages new customers, expanding in the Nordics, Europe and North America, and making this year the most successful in company history. This growth means it is time to look for a CEO who will drive us towards our vision and our goal of becoming the best employer in Umeå.
About you
Experts in technology and proud of our consistently high levels of customer satisfaction, we are looking for a leader who adds structure and energy. We need someone who can easily understand and handle complex challenges in a fast-moving environment whilst continuing to develop our growth plans.
You do not need to understand our technologies in depth. But you will have demonstrable leadership skills in profit responsibility, finance, business development and customer relationships in different national markets and cultures. You will also be comfortable and fluent in English: we have both customers and employees in multiple countries and English is our working language.
