We also see that you have:
• University degree in Business Administration, Law or corresponding.
• Minimum 3 years' experience of delivering success within international purchasing organisations, preferably within the area of Finance and Insurance services or several years' experience as a professional in the finance or insurance sector with a keen interest to move into the procurement space.
• Experience of category management, strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Good analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Project management skills preferred.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
In addition to this, your knowledge and experience has given you a very good understanding of the dynamics in big purchasing projects and driving business on a global level with multiple stakeholders. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for one Purchaser for our Financial Services category team. The Financial Services category is responsible for the sourcing of all financial services including Acquiring banks, Payments, Customer and Business Finance and Insurances.
In this position, you will be the primary commercial interface towards the global suppliers and help to develop category strategies to support the Ingka Group on a global basis. You will also be responsible to drive large-scale global procurement initiatives, which include supplier selections, commercial negotiations and building supplier relationships where you, together with the Ingka team, will secure the best buy for Ingka Group.
An important part of your role is to build trustful relations with the business partners and together you will develop the business. You will be responsible for driving the implementation of strategies by following the procurement process. Further you will secure governance of strategic supplier relationships and secure that the suppliers are complying with our sustainability directives and IKEA code of conduct.
